Do we charge taxes or customs?
We are not responsible for taxes or customs, please make sure you check with your local customs office.
What is your refund or return policy?
We offer returns & refunds for unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. We may extend the return date an extra 7 days if package arrives after 14 days. For other situations, we may accept or reject the refund on a case by case basis. If wrong products were sent or something broke during transit, please contact us 7 days from receiving your package so we can make it right!

How should I store my products?
As our products contain many plant based ingredients & oils, please store in a cool dark place away from sunlight.
How long do the products last?
Our products have 3 years shelf life if unopened. But once opened, we recommend to use it up with 6 months. Please keep away from direct sunlight and out of extreams of temperture.
